Welcome to the city of kings… Jaipur. It is one of the most famous heritage city in India. Maharaja Jai Singh  11 who was the main founder of this city. He was a Rajput and ruled between 1699 and 1744. Jaipur is only one stop where people from all the world wants to come there and increasing their knowledge about Rajasthani culture and values. Jaipur is also known by the name of “pink city”. The pink color has it’s on history. In1876,the prince of Wales and Queen Victoria visited India in a tour. So Maharaja Ram Singh of jaipur painted the whole city pink in color to welcome the guests. Jaipur is one of the most beautiful and magnetic city of India.

Amer Fort :Amer Fort is situated in jaipur which is the capital of Rajasthan. The king  ofjaipur used this Fort as their home before moving to jaipur City Palace. The scene of this Palace shows the Rajputana culture. It was built by Raja Maan Singh for his seven Queens. From the top of the fort u get a view of entire  jaipur. This Fort is also known for sheesh mahal, jas mandir, jali screens and other important temples .

Hawa Mahal :This is a beautiful place located in main city. The main architect of this built of red and pink sandstone. The main highlight of Hawa Mahal is its pyramid shape and its 953 jhrokhas bcoz those days Rajput royal ladies didn’t appear in public or in front of strangers. So it was for their benefits that Hawa mahal was built.

Jaigarh Fort :jaigarh Fort was built in 1762 by Jai Singh. It is situated on araavali Hills. It overlooks the mountains, Amber Fort and Lake Palace. It is also known as victory Fort. Jaigarh Fort and Amer Fort are connected by passages and considerd as one complex. The fort has well-tended garden which can be viewed by tourists. The fort is built with thick wall of red sandstone. So it should not be missed while visiting the Pink city.

Raj Mandir cinema :Raj Mandir cinema is a famous movie theater in jaipur. It’s interiors and royal designs on the walls are really very beautiful. The seats are so comfortable. In short it is a great package at a reasonable price. The sound and picture quality very gud. It is a huge cinema around 400-500 people seen in one time. So I suggest to everyone to seen Raj Mandir at least one time.

Chokhi Dhani :Chokhi dhani is a heritage hotel in jaipur. It make u stay comfortable. In Chokhi dhani u will find a different culture of Rajasthan. The pure rajasthani food served with love here. The whole village atmosphere makes it more beautiful. Folk dance, gaming zone, astrologers,  puppet show, snake show etc. You are missing something if you haven’t go their.

Other visiting places are Nahargarh Fort, Birla Mandir, Jantar – Mantar, City Palace, zoo Park, Jal Mahal, Albert Hall Museum,and Galta ji (Monkey temple).
